Holiday cottage located in one of Denmark's most unique nature with 3 bedrooms and 1 slepping loft on 101 sqm housing and 13 sqm covered terrace in Ordrup, Fårevejle The space The house is bright and friendly on a nature ground and offers a kitchen in open connection with the dining- and living room 2 bedrooms each with a double bed 180x200 cm. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200 and 120x200. 1 bathroom with shower and 1 “bathroom” with only a toilet. In addition, there is a attic with double mattresses where the children may look at stars and sleep. There is a outdoor shower with hot water. See Floor plan picture. TV 50" and Chromecast with DR, and a few Swedish, Norwegian and German channels and a Sonos music system. Washing machine. Wifi internet. Heatpump/Aircondition. 1 baby chair. You are welcome to use spices, coffee, tea and all other things in the kitchen but please fill up when empty. The house is surrounded by a terrace where both the morning sun and the evening sun can be enjoyed on sun chairs or simply relax in the gas heated Hot Tub (vildmarksbad) The children can play on the trampoline or the family can play with one of the wooden games. Use of the trampoline is at your own risk. The gas grill or bonfire can be used. Wood and gas for the Hot Tub (vildmarksbad) can be bought in the supermarket. (gas will be available for at least first use) The child-friendly beach is 600 meters away and is unique. Otherwise you can take a trip on the bikes that is free to borrow and discover the surrounding nature. One minute’s walk from the house is the small town of Ordrup with a pond and good restaurants – Cafeen Ordrup, Thai food, Ice cream shop, mini golf and a very good supermarket. The house is suitable for couples, families with children. We expect our guests to be respectful and take good care of our things and make sure you leave them in the same shape as you found them. Please pay attention to water on the floor. Wipe off after using the Hot Tub (vildmarksbad) before entering the house. The floor cannot withstand water ! BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. THERE ARE DUVETS AND PILLOWS. ELECTRIC VEHICLE There is a 11KW 3x16A phases EV charging box with 5 meter cable type 2 connector See picture. Water and electricity consumption are settled. Water 80 dkk per m3. Electricity 3.00 dkk per kwh. Please take a picture of the consumption meter before and after your stay. Check-in with key box - without host The house is built in 2019 Due to the Covid-19, handles and surfaces will be cleaned with ethanol. Some mentioned activities • Walk and discover kårup forest with its nature playgrounds or take your mountain bike on one of the many mountain bike trails • Ordrup Næs has good opportunities for fishing • Very good opportunities for boat loading at Ordrup beach • Bikes to borrow for free (Please repair the bike yourself if broken for the next guests) • Dragsholm golf club is located 3 km away – after golf or without golf – you can enjoy dinner at the Michelin restaurant Dragsholm Slot Gourmet or just dine in their bistro. • Summerland Zealand is located 20 km away and is a nice adventure/amusement park. • Odsherred Zoo is located 10 km away and is a nice Zoo. • Driving time to Copenhagen 60 minutes. •
