Directly from the Maison you can set off for simple walks and real trekking, both in summer and winter with snowshoes; go cycling, both racing and MTB or ebike and climb in the nearby rock gym or simply relax on the terrace away from the chaos of the city. The property is located near two stages of the Balteo Trail and the Ru Neuf trail (which in French means the New Stream), which winds through the plains and can be covered on foot and by bike, and many other mountain roads of various levels. For ski lovers, in 14 km you reach the cross-country ski slopes of Flassin, in 18 km you reach the downhill slopes of Crévacol and in 10 km you reach the departure of the cable car to Pila. The house is located in an isolated and quiet location, the nearest village food is 2 km away and the nearest restaurant is a 5-minute drive. The nearest supermarkets are in Aosta, a 20-minute drive.
