The 7500 sq.m. plot offers high privacy, peace and tranquility for you to listen to the sounds of nature. The house provides all the amenities you need: fully equipped kitchen with several coffeemakers from filter and Nespresso to a semi-automatic with freshly ground beans, 2-3 bedrooms (depending on number of guests) with air conditioning and moskito nets, a modern, spacious bathroom (second small bathroom depending on the number of guests), terraces all around the house, pool and outdoor showers, WiFi and Satellite-TV. Equipped with floor heating, insulated windows and fireplaces it is eligible for stays all year round. The perfect retreat! Guest access The house offers 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom plus an outdoor shower, american kitchen with dining area in front of the fireplace and split-level-living area, two terraces and one majorcan "porche" (a balcony). For groups of more than 4 or if you are looking for more privacy and/or luxury, there is a separate apartment on the ground floor, offering an extra bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and livingroom available at an extra fee - whatever arrangement you prefer, you will be able to enjoy a perfect finca-feeling! Other things to note Water is supplied from our own well, which is absolutely fine for washing and cooking - however we recommend to buy drinking water in plastic containers of 5 or 6 litre size, as offered by all supermarkets. Barbecue: We provide a gas-fired Weber-barbecue for our guests. Due to the extremely high danger of bushfires in summer, open fires (also barbecues with charcoal) are prohibited from May 1st to November 1st. Arta is Majorcas leading community in recycling: please separate your waste in "organic", "plastic", "paper", "glass" and "other waste" and - as there is no trash collection country side - deliver it to the trash depot in Arta (Mon-Sat 0800-2000 hrs, Sun 0900-1400 hrs) abt. 300 meters off the road Arta - Cala Rajada at the crossing to Cala Torta, follow the sign "Parc Verd". Especially during summer it is important to remove trash in a timely manner and not to leave food open anywhere in the house as this might very quickly attract ants and other insects.
