The space In Laax wonderful ski area with 220km of ski slopes (Unesco heritage) in Switzerland I rent this new and luxury, very bright apartment completed of everything (Smart web TV, Sat TV, washing machine, laundry, Ski Box etc.). High speed Wifi connection, Nespresso coffee machine, full equipped kitchen available. Beds are very comfortable and you have a choice of three types of pillows. It is for 4 people better if a family. You have a double bed in the bedroom and double bed sofa in the dining room. There is a private big terrace where you can relax or eat during the summer season or even in the winter season benefitting of the sunny position. You have an inside private car parking available (so no problem when it is too cold outside) and a ski box that you can lock. It is possible to profit (not for free) of the Spa, Gym and Swimming Pool services of the neighbour Peaks Place Resort or Waldhaus. If you have the car you can also reach the wonderful termal baths in Vals. On request my housekeeper can provide you with towels and bed linens or additional apartment cleaning during your staying. The apartment is located near a supermarket and only 150meters from the skilifts. The area is well served by the public transportation too. The bus stop is in front of the building and the ski area is at the next stop. In other words you can forget your car for all your vacations having the sky slopes very close. Additionally you can arrive just in front of the building with your skies/snowboard when there is enough snow. At the Rock Resort area or near the lake of Laax there are some free taps roulants to help your kids learning skiing. You can practise a lot of sports Skiing, Snowboarding, Freestyle (freestyle Academy), Golfing (3 golf courses, one at less than 3km), walking, practicing downhill, or just resting in front of one of the mountain lakes in the area.
