The space B&B Casa Gentile is located on the mezzanine floor of a late 1800s building, located in a very quiet residential area. This elegant period residence is just a 5-minute walk from the historic center and the lakefront, offering the rare advantage of a central and quiet location. The property has a large garden with a solarium and a shaded area with linden trees and a large beech tree, perfect for relaxing. Parking spaces and a garage with remote control are available for the convenience of guests. Inside, the B&B offers three cozy rooms: two double and one single, the Glicine Room, capable of accommodating up to five people. Guests can enjoy a romantic and family atmosphere, complete with every comfort. A rich Italian breakfast is served every morning with cold cuts and cheeses, and on request, hard-boiled or scrambled eggs with bacon. This combination of modern comforts and historical charm makes your stay at the Casa Gentile B&B a unique and unforgettable experience. Guest access You will have a double bedroom with a large and brand new bathroom on the floor, equipped with a sink, bathtub/shower, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, shampoo sachets and shower soap. You can take advantage of a breakfast room, garden and vegetable garden, some parking spaces, and a garage (on request). Free Wi-Fi is available, along with guides, photo books, and maps to consult. In addition, all internal areas of the B&B are accessible, including the entrance, breakfast room, hallway, garden, and parking. The reading corner offers a quiet environment to relax and get informed. During your stay I live here with my family, my husband Matteo and our son Giacomo, and I am often present in the accommodation. I'll be happy to point you to the best itineraries to visit the city and all the most famous places on Lake Como. I am very happy to spend relaxing moments in the shade of the lime trees, sipping a cool drink or a glass of wine with my guests. Lidia will always be available at check-in, ready to provide all the information you need to make the most of your time on Lake Como and at check-out. In addition, breakfast will be served in the common room from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., and the cleaning and sanitization of the bathrooms and rooms will be taken care of. Other things to note The Casa Gentile B&B is housed in a part of my apartment, but offers a private entrance with door and gate opening via electronic key, guaranteeing maximum independence for my guests. In addition to the rich Italian breakfast, with cold cuts and cheeses, we prepare boiled or scrambled eggs with bacon upon request. It is mandatory to present an identity document upon arrival, including for children and infants. Smoking is prohibited inside the B&B, but it is allowed in the garden and on the entrance porch. It is strictly forbidden to consume spirits and drugs. It is recommended to respect the silence from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
