Villa La Carraia is located inside the family-run Agriturismo La Serra, located in Tuscany, in the hills of the province of Pisa. The Matteucci family wants to offer you a friendly vacation and hospitality, paying the utmost attention to the needs of their guests. They will enjoy a beautiful pool, walk in the woods,visit farm animals,participate in activities or quickly reach major cities of art and the sea The space Villa La Carraia, completely independent, renovated in perfect Tuscan style and equipped with every comfort. It takes place on one floor only for a total area of square meters. 103. It consists of a large living room with dining area and kitchenette, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and loft equipped with a sofa. It has a large outdoor porch overlooking the pool, equipped for alfresco dining. The villa lends itself as an ideal solution for a family of 5/6 people (or couples of friends) who do not want to give up comfort and its own independence even on vacation. Each apartment/house is equipped with: - fridge - oven - Dishwasher - Satellite TV - American-style coffee machine (but there's also a moka...) - autonomous heating (consumption) The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary dishes for the stay. A complete linen change is made every week (pool towels are not provided). Additional linen changes can be made by request, with an additional fee to be paid on site. Guest access Guests will be able to walk freely on our fully fenced 25-acre estate. Its 15 hectares of woodland can be reached through trails with signs and explanatory signs in both Italian and English. A map of the estate will be provided upon arrival. You can also enjoy the swimming pool, barbecues, ping pong, tableware, children's games and indoor parking. Other things to note For a pleasant vacation… We ask our clients to maintain respectful behavior towards other guests and the property. For collective peace of mind, shouting and shouting, loud music or TV or noise disturbing noise are prohibited. The swimming pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the farm only.
