The Guestroom Bergvliet -Pennygum

A lovely house in the quiet and leafy southern suburbs of Cape Town. We are within walking distance from a shopping center, ATM and public transport. All that Cape Town has to offer is within a half and hour drive. The Cape Town International Airport is 25km away. The space The spacious three bedroom house is suitable for larger families or groups. Guest access The guests have their own private entrance to their part of the property. Other things to note We have a strong no smoking policy inside the house . There is a designated area for smokers. No parties and loud music after 22h00 will be allowed. The parking space is for one car only. Other vehicles must be parked in the street. We have a friendly dog and cat which are not allowed to be inside the guests area. The swimming pool is not available to our guests. Please do not open the cover.
