On a hillside amidst the beautiful cognac vineyards of south Charente this lovely private house forms part of a former vineyard property. A perfect hideaway for a relaxing visit, the 120m2 house is spacious, peaceful and ideally placed for exploring this lovely region. The space Inside the house is very bright and spacious. Modern comforts are combined with old and traditional elements, the beautiful beams in the living room on the first floor, the exposed stone walls in the kitchen/dining room. To stay in touch with the modern world there is access to Wi-Fi and TV but also many books and games to entertain you and in addition the living room overlooks a magnificent view of the landscape. The house has its own private entrance which also overlooks a private garden which is at the sole disposal of guests. The house has its own private entrance and a garden. Guests have access to the 5 acres of grounds and some wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Inside, the accommodation is light and airy. Modern comforts sit side by side with old stone walls and in the large upstairs sitting room you'll find an amazing beamed roof and ceiling. There's TV of course and Wi-Fi access if you need to stay in contact with the outside world but with piles of books and board games and a beautiful view from the sitting room windows you may decide to just enjoy the peace and chill...
