Description

Craftsman style home built in 1917 with lots of character. Lake Junaluska is a resort area run by the Methodist Church. Lots of walking/biking trails. Close to a coffee shop/ice cream shop. Multiple access points to Great Smokey Mountains. Close to Maggie Valley, Cataloochee Ski Resort, Waynesville and 30 minutes from Asheville. Five nice golf courses in the immediate area. Swimming pool within walking distance. A GREAT place for a family vacation! The space First Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with king bed, 1 with queen bed and both with attached bath), 3 baths, TV room. There are 2 smart TVs on the first floor--one in the family room and one in the main master bedroom. Both bedrooms on the first floor have a full bath in the room. Central air and heat keeps the space comfortable. Second Floor: 5 bedrooms, 2 baths. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, three bedrooms have full beds. One of the bedrooms has a bath in it but these are generally shared baths. There is a separate thermostat for the central air and heat on the second floor. Guest access The entire house is for use only by the guests. It is entirely private.
