In addition, the cleanest mountain river is nearby, where you can swim if the sea is stormy. At the same time, we are located in an area with developed infrastructure - we are in a walking distance from us: cafes and canteens, Magnit store (5 min), pharmacy, Nautilus water park (7 min). The space We invite you to stay in our small and cozy guesthouse. The rooms are equipped with everything you need for your comfortable stay: comfortable and modern furniture, high-quality and fresh repairs, new plumbing. The room is equipped with a split system, LCD TV, fridge there is a hairdryer and a kettle. We provide bedding, bath towels. We carry out cleaning in the rooms 1 time in 3 days. Guest access The room consists of a room and an individual bathroom and is suitable for a comfortable stay of a couple or a family with a child. The room has a double bed (two single beds) and a chair bed that can accommodate both a child and an adult. Near the room there is a lounge area with a table and chairs for outdoor stays. On the territory of the guest house there is a shared kitchen, where you can cook something for yourself, there is a barbecue. The area is fenced and landscaped, there are places for relaxation, garden furniture, swing, lots of greenery, trees. There are no no noisy cafes nearby. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, is allowed on the premises or near the room. There is no parking, but there is a paid one nearby - 200 rubles. or free on the next street.
