On the ground floor of our villa surrounded by a beautiful garden, we welcome you to a beautiful apartment of about 50 m² (ceiling height of 2.20 m) in a quiet area with terrace. Our villa is ideally located: - 10-minute walk from Saint-Jean-de-Luz-Ciboure train station - 7 min walk from the historic center of Ciboure - 5-minute walk to Ciboure Golf Course - 10-minute walk from the beach in the center of Saint-Jean-de-Luz and 12-minute walk from Place Louis XIV - 15 min drive to the Rhune Train The space - The accommodation has a living room with dining area and a small equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker), a bedroom with a double bed and a cabin with a trundle bed accommodating two single beds together and a bathroom with toilet. - The accommodation offers Wi-Fi and has a TV with Netflix only. - We do not offer private parking, but you will have the opportunity to park on the street for free. - You will have at your disposal a private terrace overlooking our garden. - You must bring your own sheets and towels. As the beds are equipped with duvets and pillows, we will ask you to bring fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. Sleeping bags are not allowed. The 3 beds are of the following dimensions: 1 double bed of 160 x 200 cm, 2 non-separable pull-out beds of 90 x 200 cm each. On request, you can rent linens and towels at a price of €20 per person, to be paid on the day of your arrival.
