More restaurants, banks, shopping, grocery store and parks are within a 10-minute walk. As of February 1, 2024 we have had to add 13% to our nightly fee to cover sales tax. The space Our space is in a Rockwellesque 150 year old stone house. The unit is cozy while offering the amenities of 21st century living like air conditioning and forced air heat. The kitchen features a live edge coffee bar with plug and USB charging station, a small oven that can toast or roast, a microwave, 1 burner induction hot plate and eating area. The living room has a sofa which can be converted to a bed for 1, a wing back chair, awesome view and a 43" tv with Netflix. There is a cozy desk area if you need to work. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, dresser, black out blind and Lindor chocolate to greet you. The bath has been recently renovated to include a modern tiled circular shower, high quality toilet while retaining the original claw foot tub. We have keyless entry for easy access and high speed internet at no cost. Note: There are sloping ceilings in the bedroom and bathroom, so you'll want to take care when getting in and out of the bed or bathtub. The shower is full height, though. We live on the main floor and are happy to assist you with any information on Guelph you might want. Guest access You are welcome to use the grey chair in our front garden and the red chairs on our front porch. Other things to note The ceiling and doorway height throughout is 6'5". There are sloping ceilings in the bedroom and bathroom, so you'll want to take care when getting in and out of the bed or bathtub. The shower is full height, though.
