2-room apartment for up to 3 people on the ground floor (approx. 50 sqm living space) This apartment has a bedroom with a box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a living room with a sofa set (sofa bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m), an integrated fitted kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with shower/toilet and a terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the large living room. The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, wired Internet and smart TVs (living room and bedroom). The space The apartment is located in the Lancken-Granitz apartment complex on Rügen at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. In total we have 15 apartments. Our apartments are all newly renovated, newly equipped and modernly furnished. All apartments are individually decorated with a lot of love for detail. The photos show our 2-room apartments. The complex consists of two semi-detached houses, which blend harmoniously into the landscape with their park-like outdoor area. In the garden with a large lawn there are terraces with seating groups, beach chairs, sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor barbecue area and a children's playground. Sufficient bicycle racks are right in front of the house. The apartment has direct access to the garden and its own terrace. The large garden offers plenty of space and is shared by all guests. Other things to note Upon arrival, a visitor's tax (€2.07/person/day) is to be paid on site. This is not included in the price. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building and can be used for a small fee. A baby crib and high chair are available free of charge upon request and subject to availability. Wi-Fi and parking are free. Our on-site roll service brings fresh rolls to the apartment door every morning on request (subject to availability). We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tabs and dishwashing liquid. After that, we ask for self-sufficiency. Bikes can be rented from us in the complex (subject to availability). Alternatively, we organize bicycle rental with a provider in Sellin. Pets can be brought for a fee of € 9.00/day. We allow a maximum of 1 pet per apartment. Please specify at the time of booking.
