To make it a memorable stay, here is some information and tips that are important before arrival: - On request, you will receive a linen set per person (sheets, bed linen, towels, bath towels). The costs of €10/set are to be paid directly to the manager when collecting the keys. - The cleaning fee is €45 and is paid directly to Mr. Küster when the keys are handed over. - The key is handed over directly in Hahnenklee in front of the house - Please remember to shop beforehand. There are very good shopping opportunities in Clausthal-Zellerfeld (REWE, Aldi, Lidl, etc.) A refrigerator is also available in the apartment. - There is a very good bakery near the apartment complex, which is also open on Sundays - In the apartment is a folder with all the important information about the apartment. Please leave it in the apartment. - There is a lot to discover in Hahnenklee. A guest folder with all the important information is also in the apartment. Please leave the folder in the apartment. Flyers can also be taken in the Kurhaus. - Please leave the key in the apartment when checking out. Never leave it in the door. - In Hahnenklee, a spa fee is payable for each guest per day. This is €2.30/adult and €1.15/child from 6 years, the third child is free of charge. A corresponding pre-check-in link will be sent before arrival. Even if the administrative effort seems a bit large, the spa card offers you many advantages, such as free participation in hikes, access to the bathing areas and much more. Guest access In addition to the apartment, guests have the option of a storage room for skis, sleds, bicycles or other bulky equipment. The storage room is located directly on the ground floor, in the hallway, the first door on the left. Since the room is not locked, we accept no liability for theft or damage. Please note the instructions on the door. Other things to note There is a guest fee (tourist tax) per person per night. This is currently €2.30/adult and €1.15/child (6-17 years) for a maximum of two children. From the third child, no more calculation takes place. This guest contribution must be paid by all guests and is used to pay the municipality. However, the guest cards entitle you to free use of many different activities in the village.
