Double room in a lovely detached Victorian house on Hastings west hill, 15 minutes walk to the old town. We have a very gentle and friendly dog. Your well behaved dog is welcome too but we do request that you don’t leave it in the room on its own while you are out. Parking on street, guest permits available. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in your room along with a mini refrigerator. Breakfast is not included but may be provided on request for an additional charge. The space The garden is available for guests to use , it ranges over three levels. Other things to note Please note our checkin time is after 3pm, if you require an earlier check in time please ask and we will do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee to be available.
