Fabulous apartment with WiFi near bastide towns

Our lovely apartment is perfect to use as base for sightseeing in the area of Lot et Garonne and Dordogne. There are the bastide towns of Monpazier, Monflanquin, chateau Bonaguil, Chateau Biron to name a few. Parc en ceil and public swimming pool. After a day of sight seeing relax in the courtyard with a fountain with a glass of wine and barbecue. Domaine of Seguinet is set in 18 acres of grounds with access to fishing on the property or natural swimmming and boating on the lake. The space We are located just outside the village of Saint Front sur Lemance. It is a 5 minute walk to pick up your daily requirement of fresh bread and croissants at the epicerie. A little bar owned by Albert is where the locals go and is a handy place to practise your French. The apartment is an old stone barn converted into two ensuite bedrooms. It is well equipped and beautifully furnished. It is set in 18 acres of land with a lake, pond, canal and the river Briolance and Lemance bordering the property. There is plenty of things for children and adults to do in the neighbouring areas. We have prepared a little booklet with information on all things local. The first bedroom has two single beds and the second a king size bed with a single bed in a little bedroom off the master bedroom. We provide all linen, towels and basic necessities to start you off on a great holiday with us. There is plenty of parking for you. Guest access Unlimited broadband internet with WiFi. Fabulous games room with air hockey, darts and a pool table for adults. There is also a smaller pool table for children to use. There are badminton nets set up as well as a table tennis table for all the guests to use. There are swings for older and younger children. Facilities for outdoor dining and barbecue. Borrow a fishing rod if you wish to catch your own dinner. There is trout in the lake. Some sun loungers to relax and catch the rays. We have six push bikes for adults and children, explore the back roads. There is a boat on the lake for your use. There is a picnic table by the lake. Other things to note You will need a car to travel around. The closest train station of Libos is 10 minutes away while the closest airport, Bergerac is 5O minutes by car.
