All rooms are located on the 2nd floor and the property does not have an elevator. Our B&B offers free private parking. Breakfast is served as a buffet only on weekends, while on midweek days it is self-managed by guests. Room cleaning is carried out exclusively at check-out. Each room is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a minibar. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. The space The rooms, all large and bright, are located on the 2nd floor of a typical farmhouse, without an elevator. Each room is equipped with an LCD TV, a minibar, a telephone, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet, and a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, toiletries, and towels. The Breakfast Room is available to guests for any eventuality and includes a coffee machine, microwave, induction cooktop, toaster, tea/herbal tea kettle, dishes, and refrigerator. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Guest access The rooms are on the 2nd floor, the structure does not have an elevator. We have private, fenced parking (not supervised) accessed through an automated gate. Guests can also enjoy the garden freely. During your stay We are always at your disposal, you are in the same house as the B&B. Other things to note Breakfast included in the price. Please avoid noise from noise from 10pm to 7am, so as not to disturb other guests. A photo ID is required upon arrival. Smoking IS PROHIBITED THROUGHOUT the PROPERTY (SMOKING is allowed in the garden).
