All rooms are located on the 2nd floor and the property does not have a lift. Our B&B offers free private parking. Breakfast is served as a buffet only on weekends, while on midweek days it is self-managed by guests. Rooms are cleaned exclusively at check-out. The Breakfast Room is available to guests for any eventuality and includes a coffee machine, microwave, induction hob, toaster, kettle for tea/herbal tea, crockery and refrigerator. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Guest access The rooms are on the 2nd floor, the structure does not have an elevator. We have private, fenced parking (not supervised) accessed through an automated gate. Guests can also enjoy the garden freely. During your stay We are always at your disposal, you are in the same house as the B&B. Other things to note Please avoid making loud noise between 10 pm and 7 am so as not to disturb other guests. Guests are required to provide photo ID upon arrival. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROPERTY (smoking is permitted in the garden).
