At Cocoon 'Inn, no impersonal concierge. Too attached to our creations, only Marion takes care of everything, from scratch to scratch! This is a private room, one of two that can be booked in our apartment located in Colomiers, a 10-minute drive from downtown Toulouse, close to shops, services, and buses. 43 inch TV and ceiling fan in every bedroom. You will share the bathroom and toilet with the adjoining bedroom, and the kitchen with us, who live on the premises. The space Cocoon 'Inn is first and foremost a love story between a plumber and a bike. After 9 months of dust and sweat to create Cocoon 'Inn Toulouse, we embarked on the work of CocoonInn Daurade for another 9 long months... Then a few years later, Colomiers arrived. You will never have to deal with an impersonal concierge, too attached to our creations, only Marion takes care of the cleaning, the reception, the exit inventory, from scratch to scratch! Cozy and functional apartment featuring a master suite with a private toilet and shower room (we live there year-round) and a separate section consisting of 2 bedrooms (only one is booked through this listing; we're just letting you know that there is a second adjoining bedroom that can accommodate two additional guests), a bathroom, and a shared toilet. Our kitchen is available for a quick meal; please leave it in the condition you found it: dishes washed, dried, and put away. Each bedroom can accommodate two people, they consist of a 160*200 bed, bedside tables and e-readers. You also have a clothing rack to put your belongings there. Linens and towels are provided. A workspace is also at your disposal, wifi access, as well as a 43 inch TV and ceiling fan in each room. Guest access Access to kitchen, Wi-Fi, and bathroom. No bike garage available, if you want to come by bike, it will be stored in your room (not huge), with spiral staircases since it does not fit in the elevator, or at your own risk on the street... During your stay I live on site and am at your disposal for any practical advice. Sorry to have to clarify, the rooms are obviously non-smoking, it is marked everywhere in the apartment = we will certainly smell the slightest smell coming from the rooms, it is the end of the immediate stay without refund. And we're here a lot. Other things to note Please empty the trash and fridge of your food, wash and put away your dishes, and return the apartment to the condition it was in (throughout your stay). You can use everything: however "whoever breaks pays, whoever gets dirty cleans" The washing machine is not available for guests. A self-service laundry is located at the entrance to the Super U, just down from the residence. Please do not invite ANYONE without our permission. Our sheets, mattress covers, and towels come out of the washing machine, but it may happen that a hair remains attached to the fabric, or that we have not noticed a stain...
