Blackbird Hill (Hot Tub, Pool, Breathtaking View)

A 2-BR main house and a 1-BR guest house perched on a hill. A jacuzzi and infinity pool, a pool lounge area, and a gazebo that lets you take in expansive views of the Sierra Madre mountains, Laguna Lake, Pililia Windmills, and the seasonal "Sea of Clouds." Perfect for star-gazing and roasting marshmallows at night. NOTE: “Blackbird Hill” and our other listing “Cabin In The Clouds” are available for booking only through Airbnb. The space *Main Level: Parking (up to 12 cars); pedestrian ramp leading up to 2nd level. *2nd Level: Main House and Outdoor Gazebo. Main House has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (sleeps 12), 3 bathrooms, kitchen, strong wifi (PLDT Mesh), Netflix (2 TVs located in bedroom and the living room). *3rd Level: Guest House with TV (will be opened for 13+ guests), but always open are the Pool, and Pool Lounge Area. Guesthouse has 1 air-conditioned room (sleeps 10) and 2 bathrooms. Stair access to 3rd level (no ramp/PWD access). Jacuzzi is HEATED ONCE per day to 36 degrees and lasts several hours. Big pool (4ft to 5ft) is not heated. No lifeguard on duty so be responsible for your own safety. *4th Level: Take a short walk to the highest viewpoint of the property. There are CCTV cameras in the outdoor areas for safety. We use PLDT Fiber and Converge Fiber internet. We have generators that can power most appliances in case of brownout. Please note that weather, internet, and power disruption is beyond our control. Base rate is good for the 1st 12 pax, with Php 1,000/pax thereafter. We are pet-friendly, with a rate of Php500 PER per (max 2 pets, and NO swimming). Keep them leashed, as some areas are only bound by barbed wire. We reserve the right to REFUSE entry to non-registered guests (over official headcount). You will be staying in our family's mountian vacation home, and not a full-service hotel and resort. We have caretakers (family of 4) who live in a separate unit away from the main house. Please treat them with respect, and use our home and belongings with care. Our staff will be on call to assist you ONLY until 9pm. Being in the mountains, please expect insects, bugs, and critters around. This is part of being close to nature and our area's ecosystem. They are attracted to light and may enter the house especially if you leave doors and windows open. Just turn off the lights before sleeping, and don't forget to pack insect repellant! Guest access Parking is available for up to 12 cars Other things to note •PRICING - Base price is good for the 1st 12 pax. Extra guest fee of Php 1,000/pax for 13th guest onwards. Pet fee of Php 500 each (max of 2 pets only.) Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out has a fee of Php 1,000 (strictly implemented.) •GUEST HOUSE - with the 3rd Bedroom and 2nd Living Room will be OPENED STARTING FROM THE 13th GUEST. For guests of 12 pax and below, only the main house (2-BR, 3 Bath, kitchen, living room) will be opened. •NOISE - We have neighbors close by. Expect the occasional rooster and dog noises. If you hear karaoke or music, our staff can kindly ask our neighbors to lower the volume, but that's all we can do before 10pm (when quiet time is enforced.) If you want guaranteed silence around, this ain’t the place. •QUIET TIME is at 10PM. No night parties, no loud laughter, music, and games beyond this time. If you need to be noisy, please choose a listing with no noise restrictions beyond 10pm. •STAFF ASSISTANCE available upon request before 9:30PM, or anytime for EMERGENCIES only.
