Detached luxury beach house with garden in Kijkduin

This tastefully decorated and bright house is equipped with all comforts, including living room with spacious conservatory, fireplace, new modern kitchen, beautiful tiled floor with underfloor heating, 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. There's a big garden on the south. The beautiful beach is within walking distance. Our house is located on the 4 star bungalow park "Kijkduinpark" where you can use the facilities: indoor swimming pool, supermarket, restaurant, playground, trampoline and bike rental. The space On the first floor, a large living room with the fireplace, a comfortable corner sofa. There is a modern open kitchen with a large oval dining table and separate toilet. The kitchen is new and equipped with all luxuries, including a dishwasher, induction hob, convection oven, microwave, double door refrigerator, nespresso machine, etc. There is free WIFI in the house, with good reception and there is a flat-screen TV, with digital reception. There is a DVD player, a digital piano and a Bluetooth speaker. On the second floor are two double bedrooms, a large one, and a smaller one. In the small bedroom there is a double bed and a wardrobe. The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. There is a bathroom on the first floor with a sink, shower and toilet. Around the house is a spacious garden, with lots of greenery. The terraces are south/west and you have sun in the summer, from morning to evening. Fortunately, there is also always shade from the beautiful oak tree and there is a parasol. The terraces of the other houses are conveniently located to each other, giving you a great deal of privacy. There is a spacious terrace table with comfortable chairs. There is a double bench with pillows, a lounge sofa and a hammock. There's a spacious barn, including a washer and drier. We find it important that our house is clean and tidy. We are thrifty with our (new) items and expect that from our guests as well. Bachelor parties, student parties, etc. are not allowed in our houses! Pets are unfortunately not welcome. There is a pool, soccer field, mini golf, laser games, restaurant, supermarket etc. There are playgrounds, and trampoline jumping. We are sure that you will like our house, it is very spacious, bright, clean and fantastically located, directly by the sea and close to the city of The Hague. We hope to welcome you in our beautiful, renovated vacation home ! Guest access You have access to the entire house except 1 storage room ( 1 storage room though) and the bedroom downstairs. Other things to note Beach house 'Joy' we only host certain periods of year. We'll be there for the rest of the time. We will therefore leave certain items for your convenience to be used. Think of cleaning products and also various herbs and oils in the kitchen. Furthermore, the kitchen equipment is far above average. The house also includes personal items such as books and games.
