We are located 8.5 miles from the San Marcos Premium Outlets. 5 Miles from the San Marcos river. 5 Miles from Texas State University 10 minutes from the town square. 4 miles from groceries, restaurants and bars. Sitting just between Austin and San Antonio adventures are endless. Guest have access to entire guest house with fully equipped kitchen and a full size bathroom. We have provided some basic toiletries but guest are encourage to bring personal items for your stay as well as food. We provide fresh clean sheets to all our guest..we are outside of the San Marcos city and we run our own septic tank system , for that reason we ask kindly to our guest that do not dispose baby wipes , etc.. on the toilet to avoid any possible problems Owners live in the house right next door and are available should you need anything but will respect your space and privacy. We do ask you treat and respect our home like if it was your own and be courteous of the near by neighbors. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Older crowd and family neighborhood. we please ask that you keep it to a 2 car max No pets allowed
