Comfort, charm and convienience

This is a small and comfortable home with a single lady resident. I have been an Air BnB host for seven years. My home is in an established neighbourhood very close to the Hastings CBD, the racecourse and two private hospitals (Royston and Cranford). Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden as well as the shared living areas of the home. As the bedroom is small guests have the option of using a second bedroom to store luggage. I have a miniature schnauzer called Heidi who is very friendly. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all the shared spaces in the house.
