It features 2 TVs, a King Size bed, pull out sofa bed, and a kitchen with all the basic amenities to cook your own food! The location is ideal for Palafox St nightlife, hockey games, Pensacon, or any other convention center event. 15 min walk to downtown Palafox St, 5 min walk to Pensacola Bay Convention Center, and only a 15 min drive to Pensacola Beach! Lovely community garden around the corner to enjoy as well! The entire house! It is an up and coming neighborhood in a convenient and desired location for events or close drive to the beach. It is in a very safe neighborhood! You can walk to most everything downtown within 15 minutes! A bus stop is right on the corner from the house if you require it as well! Parking available at the nearby church or on the street in front of the house. Take advantage of the 1940's diner called The Coffee Cup. It is around the corner on Cervantez St. Enjoy a little slice of history with your morning breakfast! If you plan on bringing your pet with you during your stay we do charge a pet fee of $75 + tax that will be charged per pet. This payment can be taken over the phone before your arrival.
