The Cottage Trescowe

The Cottage is a rural retreat in an area of outstanding beauty, nestled away in 'hidden Cornwall'. Located on the fringes of the Natural Trust's Godolphin Estate. Only 7 miles from Penzance and 4 from Marazion (St Micheals Mount), you are hidden away amongst the wild flowers and songbirds. Dramatic cliff walks or a gentle stroll through the meadows are all available as you walk out of the door. The space Enjoy breakfast 'al fresco' in the private garden overlooking rolling countryside and at the end of the day relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets with a glass of wine and look out for the foxes, deer, badgers and pheasants . Aladdin our pony may pop his head over to say 'hello' too! Other things to note Please note that from Spring Bank in May to the end of September we can only take bookings Saturday to Saturday. One well behaved small to medium sized dog is allowed and a small fee of £20 per dog per stay is payable upon arrival. In the interest of health and hygiene dogs are not allowed upstairs, (there is a gate to help with this), or on the furniture. We request that dogs must be clean and dry before going on the lounge carpet. These are the same basic rules that we have for our own dog next door . Unfortunately dogs are no longer allowed to be left in the Cottage unattended due to previous damage by a dog becoming stressed in an unfamiliar property, but many attractions accept dogs so I'm sure they would prefer to be having fun with you anyway.
