Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was built in 1860 and located right in the heart of Cheltenham! It’s got high ceilings, a lovely living area and is very close to great restaurants, cafes, and shops. FREE PARKING! The space * We are paranoid about cleanliness and every room is thoroughly cleaned after each stay. The flat has recently undergone a redecoration/refurbishment, which included new King size beds fitted with new Emma mattresses. Now to the property. It's a large period ground floor flat consists of a large lounge dining area, 24ft x 18ft, two double bedrooms, one family bathroom and one shower room and toilet. It's perfect for sharing couples or families. Appliances are all built in and can be used by any guest. Please treat the apartment as a home from home, we do ask guests not to move our furniture or belongings around and to respect our Neighbours, if entering the apartment in the early hours. Most of all enjoy your stay... Cheltenham is a great place Other things to note Entry to the property will be via a coded key safe system. We provide a parking permit for 1 car to park free of charge The safe is situated at the main front door to the building on the right-hand side of the door. The key safe is code activated and therefore a code will be provided to you the day before your arrival. Punch in the code and the key safe will open and you can remove the keys. On departure please place the keys back in the safe. Any problems please call me and ill talk you through the key safe operation.
