RIVER CABIN near the Mountains, River & Beach

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a representative of River Cabin who will guide you through 2 minute scenic bamboo raft ride in a shallow river crossing. Breathe in the crisp fresh air as you discover the glorious mountains & the spectacular river. Pundaquit beach is 5 mins walk from our place. Also Pundaquit Beach is the jump-off point to famous Coves of Anawangin, Talisayen, Nagsasa & Silanguin Cove. Hispanic era Capones Lighthouse (1898) & Camara Island are also accessible by boat ride The space A spacious air conditioned bedroom with 2 queen size beds, 40" Inch TV with cable, WIFI, toilet and bathroom, shower with heater, bidet and a balcony. Also, beside the River House is a fully functioning kitchen with appliances such as, Refrigerator, 2 burner gas stove, rice cooker, toaster, BBQ Grill and kettle. Cookware, pots & pans and utensils is provided. A rustic design open dining area with table and chair that can accommodate up to 6 persons. More so, in front is a Floating cottage exclusively for River House guest use only In addition to that, a rain dependent stream running beside dining area is visible during the month of June-September Lastly, there will be no other guest staying in the area of River House PET POLICY: Well-behaved pets are welcome - we are dog lovers! We charge a one time fee of P 500 cleaning fee. *Your dog should be friendly and house trained. *Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone. *You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog. *1 small dog only. Guest access A stroll around the property’s sprawling landscape, and a hike up the surrounding mountains for a view of the ocean and the nearby island is a guaranteed enjoyable activity for visitors. Guests may also enjoy paddle boating or bamboo rafting on the river, or they can go fishing at the floating cottage fronting the river. We are not responsible for the loss or damage Inseto valuable items of the Guests. -Insects are unavoidable, please bring and apply insect repellent at all times. -Strictly no smoking inside the rooms. -Turn off switches and unplug other electronic devices when not in use. -You will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by you, your guests or any person for whom you are responsible. -Always keep the place clean. Clean as you go. -Please conserve water, make sure faucets are properly closed. -We will change beddings if you're long-term stay. -WIFI is available. Please refrain from using Video-Streaming Services and Downloading huge files due to the Data Limitations. -Eating and drinking is discouraged inside the rooms to prevent cockroach, ants & other insects from inhabiting the rooms. -Our River House can accommodate up to 4 guest only. Extra guest is 400 per person. We will provide extra Mattress, Pillows & bed sheet for the extra guest including towels, soap & shampoo. -No littering: throw your cigarette butts or any other trash in the trash bins. -There will be no other guests in the Hilltop house during your entire stay. -Stained sheets, blankets and pillow case will have a corresponding charges. -Only guests who are registered with us prior to arrival will be allowed to enter the place. Please try to read the house rules before booking take place so you will understand what to expect. We don’t want you to feel disappointed of your vacation. ACTIVITIES Water sports activity can be arranged. You can do Snorkeling or fishing. Island hopping is a must do activity in Brgy., Pundaquit, San Antonio, Zambales. See the famous Hispanic era Lighthouse (1898) in Capones island. Famous Cove and Islands are accessible by boat ride: Agnaem, Anawangin, Talisayen, Nagsasa & Silanguin Cove. Capones & Camara Island. During the rainy season (June-September), multiple small and big waterfalls is an added attraction in Pundaquit. Fresh catch from the sea may be bought from local fishermen, subject to availability. Stores and Restaurants are accessible. Set meals can also be provided as per request.
