We enjoy our bit of the country in the suburbs with picnic tables and fire circle - in the heart of Amherst, close to UB, Daemen, Dent Tower, Duff's Famous Wings, Canalside or Niagara Falls. This cheerful, sunny room has a queen bed, a private bathroom and shower. The kitchen and dining area are shared by you and 2 other rooms, with 3 separate refrigerators for the guests. The space The location is terrific and everybody enjoys the charm of our country home in a park-like residential setting. The house is white, and set back from the road. The in-law space is in the rear of the house with a separate side entrance. Joe and Jill live in the front of the house. There is a keyless code for flexible arrival times, and a lighted, roofed entrance for your convenience. Guest access In addition to your private bedroom and private bathroom, you may share a kitchen and dining area with guests from two other rooms. The backyard and patio are also available. Outdoor spaces are also shared with us. We have small individual refrigerators for extended stays or special diets.
