Cozy and spacious flat in beautiful Munich

This beautiful flat is located in a beautiful neighbourhood close to the city centre of Munich. It is a modern and spacious apartment with a all the necessities you need in order to feel "home". The neighbourhood is full of bars, restaurants, a supermarket and easy access to the public transportation in order to reach all the other places in Munich. The space This modern flat has a good size in order for up to 3 guests to feel comfortable at home. You will have a private bedroom with a double bed which is 140x200 and which has enough space to easily leave your luggages. As the bedroom has one double bed, it is ideal to stay with 2 guests (one bed = shared by 2 guests). If you are planning on arriving with a group of 3, the third person can sleep on the Sofa bed. In the living room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home and has a dishwasher for you to not loose valuable time with cleaning the dishes. :) The living room and eating area is quite spacious and you also have a small balcony (although I have not managed to fix it up yet :) ) Other things to note I do have a small dog, but even after a thorough cleaning it can get tricky for somebody having strong allergies against pet hair. Thus, if you have allergies this place will unfortunately not be the right one for you. Smoking is only allowed outside on the balcony. As a courtesy to our neighbours no partys in the building and please no loud music, etc. after 22h.
