Spacious, quirky caravan with extra outside space

Situated in Martello Beach Holiday Park, my caravan is a short walk from some of the best beaches Clacton has to offer. I also have lots of additional outside space as my caravan is situated at the end of a row. I have a strict no smoking policy, anyone breaking this rule will get a claim towards them to cover the cost of a deep clean. The space I am a crafter and my caravan does reflect this. Almost everything decorative, as well as the painting and decorating, is done by myself, so this space probably feels and looks a bit different than your average caravan (hence the quirky in the title) I do have some lego on display, so take care if you have small children so they don't swallow anything. I use my caravan myself all the time, so my personal things will be around, albeit tidied away. There is a guest wardrobe you can use to hang your clothes, and a drawer is also cleared out for your use. Guest access You get access to the whole caravan and the outside area on my plot. You also get access to the clubhouse, restaurant, pools etc on the park. You need a guest pass to be able to use the park amenities, but that will be provided for you upon arrival. Other things to note I use this caravan all the time myself when I'm not away for work, I love it here. So please be aware that my stuff and most likely some of my food will be around. I will have tidied this away of course and you will have lots of space to hang your clothes etc. There's a TV with a fire stick, with Netflix, Disney + and Amazon Prime. The TV also have a dvd-player, I have lots of dvd's in the cupboards.
