The traditional, rustic and modern mixture of our apartment furnishing will give you a feeling of Austrian hospitality and warmth. Our precious and cozy hideaway is located very close to the center of Bad Ischl in a real quiet and safe area. 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with a homely seating area and comfy furniture will give you a "homelike" feeling. It is perfect for a 2 to 4 person occupancy. A sleeping couch in the living room also allows a fifth person in the apartment. The space The appartment is located on ground level in a 2 storey high house. It has a seperate entrance and is the only one on this level. There is a parking space right in front of the door and a small courtyard. Our appartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a seating area, a vestibule with a long desk, a fully renovated and well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine and separate toilet. The apartment is well equipped with e.g. 2 Digital HD TV, CD Player, Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine, water boiler, dish washer, microwave, cooker, oven, washmachine, hairdryer and a complete kitchen equipment. The apartment is very sunny and has a good view to Bad Ischl`s local mountain Katrin. Bad Ischl is perfect for summerholidays due to it`s nearby salzkammergut lakes and mountains. i.g. Traunsee, Wolfgangsee, Attersee, Hallstättersee, Dachstein. The city was voted to Austrias most popular holiday place in 2012. Great local restaurants, coffee shops, shopping stores, a lot of culture, a thermal spring and a beautiful scenery. World famous Hallstatt is only 15 km away. Same distance to wonderful St.Wolfgang. For winterholidays, upper austrias largest skiresort Dachstein West, Loser or Postalm is only a 25 min. cardrive away. Free Skibus from Bad Ischl. For ski touring, local mountain Katrin is just 5 min away. Spring and autum time is perfect for hiking and cycling. Salzburg City is 50 km away. Other things to note Our house keeper lives just opposite of our apartment. In case you need any help during your stay, just let us know. You will find all contact numbers in our information map. Bad Ischl city tax (€3.5€ per adult/night) is not included in the apartment price. We will collect this from you on your arrival on behalf of the local council. You will then receive a guest card, which give you discounted prices for many tourist attractions.
