The space Our 2-level house is divided into two separate units, with the owners living upstairs and guests staying in the self-contained lower level. The 2-bedroom unit is beautifully furnished and offers a cozy living room with a comfortable PLUSH Brand sofa, Dining table, and chairs, and a flat-screen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, Air Fryer, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The bedrooms are plush and comfortable, with one bedroom featuring a queen bed, and the other bedroom offering a trundle bed making it perfect for siblings to sleep. Guests will have access to a shared backyard with a range of kid and family-friendly facilities, including a pool, trampoline, sandpit, mud kitchen, bikes, picnic table, jumping castle, firepit, and a playground. Additionally, there's a private carport/courtyard with artificial grass and a lounge set, and a different range of entertainment for kids such as a doll house, a play kitchen, and a small splash pool. Although the owners live upstairs, the lower level is completely self-contained with a separate entrance, providing complete privacy. You'll have access to all the amenities listed above during your stay. Other things to note It's a Pet and Kids friendly Accommodation (However this is the first time we are allowing Pets): We know that traveling with pets and kids can be challenging, but at our family-friendly home in Killara, we make it easy and stress-free. We welcome well-behaved cats, birds, and small/medium dogs, so your furry friends can join in on the fun too. We understand the needs of families with children, so we've made sure to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. We offer a range of essentials for children of all ages, from newborns to school-age kids. You won't need to bring a thing, except for your child's clothes! Inclusions include a cozy co-sleep basinet for newborns, a portable cot with sheets for children aged 6 months to 2 years, bed guards for toddlers, a playpen, baby bath and bath toys, a potty and toddler seat, a high chair, a booster seat, a Bumbo chair, a rocking horse, a jolly jumper, and all the associated essentials for breastfeeding. We also have a corner kids' play area with a play mat and plenty of toys for all ages, including dozens of children's books and games. If there's anything missing, please don't hesitate to ask us! Additionally, we can provide a stroller upon request at no extra charge! Our family-friendly home in Killara is the perfect place for you and your family, including pets, to relax and have fun.
