Smoking inside toilet or inside condo itself would lead to lots of extra work sanitizing the area from the smell of smoke and safety deposit would be affected. Pets allowed upon request and if house-trained only. Any damage caused by pets or extra cleaning needed due to pets will lead to additional charges. To get here: - Road map is provided on our site; it takes 90min drive from Manila MoA to Brgy Looc & Pico de Loro Cove & Calayo Cove. - Public transport option is to take Nasugbu bus from Manila Paranaque PITX Terminal and get off in Looc (bus stops 150m from the house, by the market). PITX Terminal is close to MOA and Coastal Mall; mode of transpo is by Taxi or Bus, just inform the driver PITX Terminal as your destination. PITX Terminal full address: MWM Terminals Inc. Please do ask if interested or in need of different arrangement, we will try to source for and find a good solution for you! - Parking is free just outside the building. - Local restaurants, wet market, sari-sari stores are readily available outside Pico de Loro Cove in Brgy Looc.
