Downtown Menominee House just steps from Marina

This house is just steps from a public beach, 230-slip marina, parks, beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee. This is a cute 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house in downtown Menominee on a quiet street. The space The house is one level with a 1/2 finished basement. The finished part is furnished, with a gas fireplace and plenty of room for tents and mattresses. There is a 1/2 bath in the basement The living room and kitchen are an open plan with 3 bedrooms off to one side. Two bedrooms have double beds and one has twin beds. Guest access The entire house is free to access except a small area in the unfinished part of the basement where personal items are stored The wood stove is off limits A variety of bathroom travel size bottles are free A pop tarts, coffee, tea, pop tarts and microwave popcorn is provided Other things to note There is a large driveway in front of the garage in back and plenty of parking on street in front.
