Podere Vecchia Commenda is located at the foot of the medieval village of Massa Marittima, immersed in the evocative Maremma countryside, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and has been completely renovated. Our Podere is the ideal place to relax, feel close to nature and simply feel good. As soon as you arrive, thanks to the wonderful view of the lush surrounding nature and the friendly welcome, you will immediately experience a beautiful feeling of relaxation and harmony. It is sunny, pretty spacious and extremely welcoming.
It is located on the ground floor with an independent entrance through the courtyard of the house. The super comfortable living area overlooks the garden and is provided with a cushy sofa and a sat TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a wide range of kitchen tools and crockery.
The large bathroom comes with a big shower and a bidet. The night area consists of a large triple bedroom (with a double bed, a single bed and a spacious wardrobe) and a smaller bedroom with two single beds. This accommodation has a nice porch furnished with table and chairs where you can enjoy al fresco dining and relax, surrounded by a lovely panorama. Guest access The apartment has an independent entrance from the garden. The washing machine is outdoors and available for the exclusive use of guests. The parking is free and private for our guests Other things to note Our Podere is just a few minutes drive from Massa Marittima, which if you wish you can also reach on foot with a nice walk (a little uphill!). The surrounding area boasts numerous outdoor itineraries to discover, especially by bike and on foot, the area in which we are located is particularly known and appreciated by cyclists from all over the world, who will certainly find the kind of satisfaction and fun they are looking for here. For those who love the sea, a few km drive from Podere Vecchia Commenda there are some of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the coast, such as Follonica (20 km), Torre Mozza (24 km), Punta Ala (40 km) Castiglione della Pescaia ( 42 km), while for those who love to discover the hinterland nearby there are delightful places such as Rocca Tederighi (25 km), Montemassi (27 km), Suvereto (30 km), Campiglia Marittima (40 km), Bolgheri (60 km), the Abbey of San Galgano (31 km)...
