The property is accessible to the local bus route and Taxi services. We offer a shuttle service by arrangement. The villa offers secure indoor parking for 1 vehicle and safe outdoor parking is available. The home is wheelchair friendly with a lift from the garage and step free access to rooms. The beautifully appointed home is very convenient, easy living and very spacious, all on one level. Other things to note REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT We will also require a refundable breakage deposit of R20 000 to be paid via Airbnb prior to check-in/upon check-in. This will be within 48 hours should damages are found. If damages are found the relevant charges will be applied. (We endeavour to resolve these issues at the best of our ability) The villa is best suited for families and close friends and is maintained for you by our delightful complimentary daily housekeeper, from Monday- Saturday for 4 hours per day. The villa offers a tranquil workspace. OUTDOOR CLEANING FEE This property has a standard cleaning fee for all reservations. This includes pool maintenance, Spa, barbecue and pizza oven. Dedicated vehicles are available on-site for all excursions and tours. *(Not included) The villa offers relaxing wellness treatments and concierge service, all the information and service fees can be found in our villa manual. LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING Housekeeping is included Monday to Saturday, Sundays and Public holidays will be an additional fee. • Linen and towels are changed when required. • There is a washing machine and dryer at the property. Please liaise with host when required. • For any washing & ironing undertaken by the house keeper, an additional fee of R250/load will apply – this is to be paid to host. CANCELLATIONS: There will be cancellation exemptions made due to COVID - Should you present with a positive Covid test (proof required) within 48 hours prior to your check-in date or a Lockdown status change, we will provide a credit of your booking to use within 12 months from the date of your arrival.
