We'd be glad to make some suggestions. After all, you’re on vacation! Why cook? The kitchenette is equipped with an electric kettle, , rice cooker and a microwave oven for reheating pre-cooked food that you may bring along. Within the tower complex is the Nativo cafe, a SE Asian restaurant, a hair salon, travel agency and 7-11 convenience store. Right across the main highway is a new McDonald's. Cityland is in the epicenter of Tagaytay, the Olivarez commercial center, near the Ayala Mall (Serin)and the brand new Filinvest FORA Mall where more restaurants are located. We will provide a list of these places for you in the condo. Security Deposit : There is NO need to pay the security deposit of P5000 at check-in. The security deposit is a reserve if, in the unlikely event, damage is caused to the unit. In this case, we have the right to claim your security deposit from AirBnB.. CONDO FACILITIES PAY PARKING: Cityland Condominium parking is under the management of Cityland Administration.
