The studio is accessed through a driveway that leads to the veranda. Beyond the front door, it has three windows, one in the bathroom, which makes the environment cool and airy. Private parking is available. The house is equipped with a fridge and freezer, TV, hair dryer, iron, shower stall, washing machine for common use located in an adjacent laundry room.
