Seaside penthouse with Hot tub "SKY LIVING"

Apartment is located in quiet and exclusive residential neighborhood Zenta, in a small building on the third, last floor. Building is on the cost line overlooking marina, beaches and surrounding islands. It offers a a big 100 m2 furnished balcony with Jacuzzi Hot tub. The UNESCO-protected Diocletian's Palace is about 2,5 km away. The space Apartment is perfectly located within few minutes walking distance from the beach and 20min from the city center. Apartment size is 70 m2 and terrace is 100 m2. Consist of two bedrooms with double size bed, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and big balcony with Jacuzzi hot tub. Is brightly and modernly furnished with Italian branded furniture and is covered with WI-FI and Air condition. It has two bedrooms and from each of them you can enjoy a sea view from the bed and you can exit on the terrace. One room is fitted with king size bed, smart TV, air-condition and plenty of storage space and full length mirror. Second room is fitted with double bed. TV, and big closet. The kitchen is open and connects the large dining and living areas. The entire space has panoramic sea views through the big glass windows. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities (dishwasher, fridge, Our coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle…) Living room have two big sofa, large smart TV and others. Bathroom is fitted with a shower, bide and washing machine. Towels and linen are included in the rate. Our big terrace has a table and chairs so you can sit and relax with a drink or a morning coffee and simply marvel at the ever changing views. Also you can enjoy the hot tub which also boasts direct, uninterrupted, sea views. The hot tub has 50 jets and lights so you can enjoy and relax. We will explain how to use the hot tub. On your disposal is couple of sunbathing loungers so you can get good tan and drink cocktails. We provide huge bath towels, a hand towel, bath mat and fresh robes for your comfort and convenience during your stay particularly when using the hot tub. You may wish to bring some light footwear to wear when using the hot tub. When you sit in the hot tub looking out to sea or up at the stars with the reflection in the sea from the moon, you will appreciate that you are somewhere very, very special. Parking is available on the street in front of the building and if necessary there is private garage on disposal on site (without extra charge). The flat is on the 3th floor and there is no lift but as we said 'Don't be put off by the stairs there's no rush to get up. What you will find waiting for you is a spectacular.' Guest access Guest have full access to all apartment amenities including WI-FI and Smart TV. Other things to note For quests I can organize transportation from airport to apartment and apartment to airport. For the purposes of guest registration, the E-visitor system is used in Croatia, whereby we collect guests' personal data (a legal obligation of the landlord, this right derives from our legal obligation) and such processing is fully in accordance with the GDPR. If the guest refuses to provide their personal data, we have the right to refuse to provide the service Data collected: ID number, first and last name, gender, country of residence, date of birth and citizenship.
