In the condo, you'll find new flooring, a concrete boutique design, a stocked kitchen, 150 Mbps WiFi, and a UHD LED TV with free streaming of Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, news, sports, etc. We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, and hand soap as well as fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house. Coffee, natural sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary. This condo is conveniently located within walking distance from Shands and UF.
