Gastropubs, breakfast, free parking for 1

Stroll across the Common and enjoy the best of both worlds- a village in the city! Easy on street parking and a bus stop at the end of the road. There are two lovely gastropubs a short walk away. Come home to a comfortable small double room in peaceful side road in recently renovated house. Brand new four piece bathroom. Use of lovely light kitchen/garden room. I may be able to accommodate earlier or later check in and out times on request. The space Our home is a two bedroom Edwardian terrace with 80 foot West facing garden. It has recently been extended and renovated. The bedroom is a small double with a wardrobe and storage space. The bathroom is newly fitted with a separate shower cubicle with two shower heads and plenty of hot water and towels. Please note that I have a cat. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the sunny kitchen/garden room to make tea and coffee or have a glass a wine, which they can enjoy in the garden room or on the patio in the summer. I am happy to provide a simple breakfast if required (toast, porridge, granola) - although I may be at work, so you can help yourself! You are welcome to use the microwave and any crockery which you need. Please take care of the step down into the kitchen. The sitting room and downstairs cloakroom are private. During your stay We will usually be at work during a weekday but usually at least one of us is at home in the evening. We are very available by text and email. Other things to note I have a lovely friendly cat. The doorbell doesn't work so please knock on arrival.
