Beautiful four-bedroom apartment with garden located in Otañes, a quiet town located in a green valley, an idyllic rural setting to rest and enjoy the surroundings. The space It is located 10 minutes by car from Castro-Urdiales, 25 minutes from Bilbao, 45 minutes from Santander and 70 minutes from Donostia - San Sebastián by the A-8 Cantabrian highway. Otañes is a quiet town located in a green valley. It belongs to the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, located in northern Spain. It is surrounded by nature trails which can be explored on foot, by bicycle, or on horseback. There are several beaches, located in Castro-Urdiales, Mioño, Oriñón and Laredo. Mountain enthusiasts can also find their space in the different and varied existing routes. It has an equestrian school for horse lovers, located in Mioño. In the apartment, we can find: ON THE GROUND FLOOR: The American kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, washer-dryer, kitchenware and basic food products; salt, oil, coffee and sugar, the living room, with plasma TV and DVD and with a viewpoint overlooking the mountain, we also find the exit to the garden. Also two bedrooms; one double and one single with two beds and a bathroom. IMPORTANT: The fireplace cannot be lit. UPSTAIRS: There is a suite with its own bathroom and hot tub and a dressing room. It also has a TV and a crib for babies. In total, up to 6 people can rest. The apartment has a free WIFI network, which is essential today. It also has fire extinguishers. The apartment is equipped with an alarm system (Securitas Direct) for the protection of people and belongings. GARDEN: Please respect the garden plants and, therefore, refrain from playing ball. PARKING: Free parking is available in the square where the apartment is located. There are white boundary lines painted for the parking spaces. In the first line, there are three large parking spaces, and if you need more parking spaces, you can continue parking behind these first three spaces. :) Guest access The apartment has a free garage in the plaza.
