Comfortable Private Rm #1 - Quiet Cul de Sac

Our large single family home is quiet, clean, and well appointed. 5 miles to Sundial Bridge, 4 miles to Bethel Church, 1/2 mile to Enterprise Park. We have two bedrooms listed. Check out the other one at "Comfortable Private Room #2 - Quiet Cul de Sac". The space The bedroom has closet and drawer space. The queen bed is comfortable with a memory foam topper. It is right across the hall from the bathroom with tub and shower. Desk and WiFi. Guest access Limited access available to kitchen (no cooking, but you can use the microwave and refrigerator). Other things to note We love having guests and we are home most evenings. However, we are happy to adjust our interaction to your comfort level. The person making the reservation needs to be the actual guest staying in our home. Profile picture and name need to match. Due to my husband's allergies we are unable to accommodate service animals. This exemption has been cleared through Airbnb protocol. Parking is on our quiet street.
