The space Conveniently located in the old hamlet, the apartment has a warm and welcoming environment and equipped with all the comforts to make you feel at home. A perfect balance of different styles such as minimalistic modern design along with terracotta tiles and wooden beamed ceiling involved to showcase the apartment’s authenticity. Space is located on the first floor, has a separate private entrance, features two double bedrooms, one full bathroom, a living area, and a kitchen with a dining area. All rooms open on the garden so that you can admire charming views of the green Tuscany region. All areas are bright and tastefully styled. Living room Once you step inside the apartment you will find a very spacious living area with a large comfy sofa that's perfect for big families, and a TV for evening entertainment. The living room is further connected with the dining area and kitchen behind the wall. Kitchen If you like cooking, the kitchen has everything to prepare delicious home-cooked food, and there's a dining table to enjoy meals. The appliances include a fridge, cookware & cutleries, microwave, a stove, etc. A complimentary welcome kit will set you ready to cook your first Italian meal. If you tired after a long day and do not feel like driving out, dinner is available at our family restaurant a few minutes from the apartment. Everything is prepared with our organic natural products. Bedrooms Both bedrooms are big, well lit, styled in pleasant colors(light blue, yellow and white), and offer king-size beds with soft bed linen & plush pillows for your absolute comfort. Bathroom The bathroom is well-stocked and beautifully styled, has a walk-in shower with rain and handled shower, a bidet, a toilet, and a heated towel rack. All toiletries are provided to our guests. Part of the bathroom is decorated with traditional Italian colorful tiles. It creates a beautiful contrast with white walls along with a wooden beamed ceiling. There is plenty of space around the farmhouse, offering guests optimal places to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine while surrounded by sunshine and nature. Guest access All guests have access to the entire apartment and the surrounding area, including gardens. Wi-Fi access is provided on arrival. For guests arriving with their cars, free parking spots are provided on the property. Other things to note The complimentary welcome amenity kit is offered to all guests upon arrival and includes pasta, sauce, as well as small breakfast products, including coffee and tea, fruit juice, cereals and biscuits.
