Villa Kunterbunt is a very charming house with enchanting views of Lake Zurich. The house was completely renovated in 2020 and offers three bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 living and dining room. The garden has stunning views of Lake Zurich. In the garden there is a vegetable garden and a chicken coop (without a rooster!). Minimum stay: 2 nights The space Colorful, stylish villa in a quiet location on Lake Zurich – 30 minutes' walk or 12 minutes by bus from Erlenbach ZH train station. Thanks to the direct S-Bahn connection (about 15 minutes), you can reach Zurich quickly and easily. Restaurants, shopping and the lake promenade are in the immediate vicinity. Perfect for relaxation, workation or enjoyable days on the lake – with the best connection and at the same time a lot of privacy. Guest access Guests have access to the washing machine and dryer. Other things to note There is a chicken coop on the property - without a rooster - and the chickens are fed by an employee during the week. Feeding takes place between 8:30 am and 9:00 am and does not affect guests as the employee is very discreet. On request we can also provide fresh eggs.
