Here you will find a piano, a guitar, a log burner and 2 comfy chairs to recline in. The third sitting room is what we call The Snug. It has a 50" Sony Oled, smart tv and large, cosy sofa, perfect for a movie night. The beautiful, sunny kitchen and dining space is to the side of the property in the extension, leading only the patio and garden. It is well equipped with a range style cooker, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer with ice maker, Magimix, cooking utensils, cutlery, pots, pans and an AMAZING Quooker tap. The Quooker tap is your 'one stop shop' tap! It has standard hot and cold water, chilled filtered water, chilled sparkling water and boiling water!! The sunny dining space seats 6 adults and opens up onto the patio where you will find another table with chairs for alfresco dining. The sun pours in through the bifold doors from morning until late afternoon. Towards the back of the property you will find: The Snug (mentioned above) (pictures to follow) The Utility Room with washing machine, tumble dryer and Belfast sink. The downstairs loo with little hand basin. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 is at the front of the property, over the kitchen. It has a kingsize bed, vaulted ceilings, 2 windows, an en-suite bathroom and multiple options for clothes storage. En-suite bathroom - This is a stunning bathroom with travertine tiles and brass furnishings throughout. There is a bath, large shower and vintage cistern. Bedroom 2 is a large room at the front of the property. The sun beams in through both windows in the morning and throughout the day. It has a double bed, a large chest of drawers and a clothes rail for clothes storage. (pictures to follow) Bedroom 3 is at the front of the property and again enjoys the sun throughout the day. There is a clothes rail and a wall of scaffold plank shelving. The family bathroom has been thoughtfully renovated with a rain shower, a large bathtub set in slate and a loo with a vintage cistern (this takes a jiggling action to flush). Outside: The garden is at the front of the property and, on a Summer's day, can be bathed in sunshine from morning until evening. There is a BBQ, a garden table and chairs for alfresco dining as well as 2 sun beds and other garden benches. There is a huge trampoline, a football goal and a tree platform for children (and adults) to enjoy. The location of 1 Rose Hill is perfect for families, being minutes from the beach, skateparks, swimming pools, shops, lovely restaurants and much more. There is so much to explore.
