We are just one mile from Exit 92 on the 80/90 Toll Road but secluded from everything, nestled up against Christiana Creek, a kayaker favorite. We are 20 minutes from Notre Dame\South Bend and 30 minutes from Amish Country (Middlebury \ Shipshewana). We have multiple restaurants within 5 minutes along with shopping centers along C.R. 6. We are empty nesters with a family friendly open concept house with a private lower level suite and 2 bedrooms on the main level.
