Moyola River Cottage (4 Star, Semi-detached to our own residence) minimum stay 3 nights (June, July & August) & 2 nights (Sept to May) located in the countryside - free onsite parking, free wifi. We're close to Lough Neagh and on the banks of the River Moyola. 40 mins drive to Belfast, 45 mins to the Causeway Coast & Giants Causeway, 45 mins drive to Derry's Walls, 30 mins to the airports. We are located near great fishing & golf amenities, walks, and part of our local rural community. The space We are pleased to offer our updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi-detached cottage which has been finished to a high standard and fully equipped for your home from home comforts, with the use of secure garden & outdoor space including garden furniture, outdoor table tennis table and basket ball net, and lots of family board games also available. We are NITB Approved 4 Star accommodation. Welcome hamper for all guests. Guest access Access to whole cottage and secure outside space including beautiful patio furniture, gardens, a cooking area for your disposable barbeque and secure parking available. Outdoor basket ball net, outdoor table tennis table and ideal badminton space. Indoor Family board games and books are also available. We have lots of brochures with details of our local visitor attractions across N.I. Moyola River Cottage staff have completed Infection Prevention and Control - Tier 1 course to help keep our cottage to a high standard of cleanliness for the safety of our guests and staff. Convenient key access via lockbox at front door of cottage. Other things to note Staff have completed an Infection Prevention and Control - Tier 1 course & Industry Standard GOOD TO GO Certificate to continue to ensure the safety of both guests and staff.
