At the gates of the Mercantour Park, 15 minutes from the Berthemont-les-Bains spa resort, the Gordolasque Valley, Lake Boréon, the Madone des Fenestre and the Colmiane ski resort. Surface area 70 m² on 2 fully equipped levels + terrace + summer kitchen. (See details of sleeping arrangements below) The space The main accommodation consists of: 1 large fitted kitchen with dishwasher, 5-burner stove, large oven, microwave, American fridge, washing machine, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, etc., separate toilet, dining/living room with very comfortable sofa, television, fireplace, this floor overlooking the terrace and summer kitchen with plancha, garden furniture, double-slope parasol - on the lower floor: a large bedroom with double bed 90 X 190 cm, cupboards, bathroom with shower and vanity unit, hair dryer, television. The bedroom has a balcony accessible through a French window and 2 windows. Weekly rental €450. Weekend: €200 Possibility to rent in addition 1 or 2 outbuildings of 20 m2 each with closets, toilet and shower. Weekend rates: €130. A tourist tax of €1.50/day/person will be requested. Electricity is included at 8 kWh per day (normal use). A deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival (not cashed and refunded at the end of your stay). Ping pong table on the solarium side.
