Kim's Retreat

Quirky self contained Annex, situated in the rural village of Rhostryfan. Easy access to main road leading to Snowdon ,Dinas Dinlle beach This Annex is self contained parking outside the door. Central Heating, Double Glazing. Bedding provided Towels and toiletries. Own access . Wi-Fi , Small Tv with access to Netflix and prime. Dogs are welcome must wear a lead when out on the lane. please do not leave dogs un attended in the annex. Dog Sitting can be arranged for a small fee. just ask The space The annex is situated up a quiet country lane . The lane is not tarmac but maintained. The Annex is situated next door to the main house but has its own entrance. Outside the bedroom window im creating a garden to gaze upon although there is no access . I have dogs of my own so dogs are very welcome but must be on a lead and poo bags used . I have made sure mine are out of the way from visitors . When its warm and we have stunning sky's and sunsets it nice to just sit out the front and see nature in its full glory . The big window at the front faces out over Anglesey and Holyhead Mountain is visible. The coastline is stunning. You can even wake up and stay in bed drinking coffee and enjoy the view from there. The big window has no see through film on, as do the back ones too for your total privacy. There are easy walks for you and your dog straight from the annex if you just want a stroll out The bathroom is querky as in the toilet is raised and has a step up and so does the bath. If you have mobility issues this would be a problem im afraid. Im very easy going and hope to create a homely feeling whilst you are here. I have plenty of storage for bikes ect and welcome cyclists .hikers ect . were not posh just practical. Kitchen has Microwave, Oven, Single Hob, toaster kettle and all pots n pans . downside is there is NO WASHING UP SINK. A Bowl and washing up things are provided. If you dont want to wash up , thats fine. There is a rack you can pop your dishes in and pop it on my doorstep .I will wash and return . Space has been used for your comfort . The fridge and cupboard are stocked with goodies Tea, Coffee, Sugar is also provided. Please feel free to use anything you find . If you run out of anything just ask . I keep a stock as we dont have any local shops. There are no local shops but there is a fantastic local pub down in the village which serves great food. The Newborough Arms . You will have to travel to buy food ect. we have some very good Chinese fish and chip and pizza shops in Caernarfon 15 mins away. 1 bedroom with King size bed. not 2 beds. Guest access All of the Annex is private and yours to enjoy Other things to note Dog owners Please let me know if you are bringing your canine family. I love having them but must know they are arriving . please bring a blanket crate or bed of your own if you wish please have your canine family on leads and can I ask you are vigilant about poo collecting. The lane belongs to the farmer and we dont want to upset him We have sheep and cats around .plus the fox and Cubs There are poo bags in the cupboard if you forget and bowls outside for water ect. plus a bin for used ones. PLEASE NO DOGS TO BE LEFT ON THEIR OWN. Dog sitting can be arranged for a small fee .I have dogs and a dog room. Also my van has a spare crate if i want to take them all out
