The room, equipping with 1 king-size bed, 1 twin-size bed, 1 twin-size bunk bed, 1 queen-size sofa bed and 1 extra mattress, can accommodate up to 8 guests. The room size is 66 sqm. Guest access ** Eight swimming pools, Water playground, Fitness room, Kids room, Beachfront clubhouse, Beachfront pool, My Vimarn's restaurant, and secured parking. ** The beach is 150 meters away and accessed through the path at the back of the condo. You can either walk the path or ask security to fetch a golf cart and drive you there. ** Kids Water Playground is opened daily and timetables are as follows: Mon - Fri open 1 time: afternoon period : 16:00 - 18:00 Sat - Sun and Thai Holiday open 2 times morning period : 09:00 - 12:00 afternoon period : 15:00 - 18:00 Other things to note ** Kindly read the house rules and additional rules before proceeding with your booking. ** For long-term bookings (28 days or more), a special discounted rate will be automatically applied. A security deposit of THB 5,000 (or USD 150 / EUR 150) in cash is required upon check-in. Electricity will be charged at THB 7 per unit, and water at THB 25 per unit for the entire stay. Complimentary housekeeping service will be provided once a week. The maximum permitted occupancy for long-term stays is 5 persons.
